We will be glad to show you what Civil Air Patrol can do for you. Best of all it's a lot of FUN.
SEE YOU THERE!

Would you like to honor and serve America? Do you want to prepare for your future while making new friends? Then rise to the challenge of cadet membership in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol.

Cadets fly, learn to lead, hike, camp, get in shape, and push themselves to new limits. If you’re dreaming about a career in aviation, space, or the military, CAP’s Cadet Program is for you.

To become a Cadet, you must be be at least 12 years old and not yet 19 years old.  Cadets at Hawk Composite Squadron meets every Thursday evening, from 1830-2100 hrs (6:30-9:00 pm), and have the option of taking part in any of our regular weekend activities, which include marksmanship training, cadet orientation flights, first aid and CPR training, and much more. On top of that, our cadets also have opportunities to attend leadership encampments, career academies, and other activities during the summer.

To become a Senior Member you must be over 18 years old, and complete membership requirements found at www.gocivilairpatrol.com.  Seniors assist within all aspects of the Civil Air Patrol Mission of Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, and Emergency Services.

I encourage you to take a moment to look through our site at the activities and training that our current cadets go through,  and visit the national web page for our organization, so that you may learn about all of the possible opportunities that exist for you in our program.

After reviewing everything, if you feel that you are up for the adventure and challenge of becoming a Civil Air Patrol member, please feel free to contact us and attend a meeting, or our open house.

For more information about application procedures, please see the "Membership Information" page on this website or use the form below for a personal response.
